Communal area refurbishment and interior design for a residential amenity development, transforming an unused space into a family lounge and concierge reception/office. Melissa Collaro Design delivered the interior design service and produced the building control drawings, supporting a compliant refurbishment with improved layout, finishes and lighting. The space was planned to work alongside the private residents’ swimming pool, creating a practical, welcoming environment for families and visitors.
