Barnet project is a three-storey new build flats development created following the demolition of an existing timber yard. Set over an area of 370 sqm, the scheme comprises three identical two-bedroom flats (one per floor) each approximately 67 sqm. As an architectural practice, Melissa Collaro Design provided architectural services including detailed building control drawings, supporting a compliant, efficient layout with clear circulation and well-proportioned living spaces across the ground, first and second floors. The flat presented here was designed as a show flat for sales and marketing, helping prospective buyers visualise the quality and design intent across all three units.
